Malam Metamorfosa: Celebrating Digital Ecosystem Transformation by Radya Labs
Jakarta, Indonesia – Radya Labs successfully hosted an event titled “Malam Metamorfosa” on December 4. The event marked an important moment to celebrate collaboration among selected startups, prominent investors, and government stakeholders, while also reflecting on the deep transformation achieved through the Ruang Cipta and Startup Lab initiatives.
Malam Metamorfosa is not seen as a finish line, but rather as a definitive launchpad for the future of Indonesia’s digital ecosystem. The event brought together various strategic parties to ensure the continuity of technological innovation in the country.
Synergy for Sustainable Business
In his remarks, Radya Labs CEO Puja Pramudya expressed profound gratitude for the strong support from various stakeholders, especially the Ministry of Communication and Digital (Komdigi). This support has enabled Radya Labs to serve as an essential connector between startups and Venture Capital firms.
“Komdigi’s support means a lot to us. My key message today is that startups must present themselves as real solutions to real problems in society. Only by becoming a solution can a startup transform into a sustainable business,” Puja said before the invited guests.
Launching of the Book “The Butterfly Effect”
Aligning with the metamorphosis theme, the event also marked the launch of Puja Pramudya’s second book, “The Butterfly Effect.” The book is an accumulation of inspiration drawn from Puja’s discussions with Salman Subakat, CEO of the Nurhayati Subakat Entrepreneurship Institute (NSEI). As a symbolic gesture of appreciation, Puja presented the first printed copy of the book directly to Salman Subakat on stage.
Awards for Innovation Drivers
As a form of appreciation for key figures who have made significant contributions to this ecosystem, Radya Labs presented several prestigious awards:
- Digital Startup Ecosystem Award: Presented to Sonny Hendra Sudaryana, Acting Director of Digital Ecosystem Development at the Ministry of Communication and Digital, for his role in facilitating the growth of the digital industry.
- Innovation Ecosystem Award: Awarded to Salman Subakat, CEO of NSEI, for his dedication to entrepreneurship development.
- Young Innovator Award: Presented to two inspiring young leaders, Rommi Adani (CEO of Sakola Kembara) and Jessi Febria (CTO of PetaNetra).
The event, filled with inspiration, was also enlivened by a stand-up comedy performance by Eky Priyagung, adding warmth to the atmosphere of Malam Metamorfosa.
