Kicking off Garuda Spark Innovation Week, Startup Lab Presents Intensive Incubation in Jakarta

Jakarta, Indonesia – Garuda Spark Innovation Week officially kicked off with an intensive two-day Startup Lab program, held on December 1-2, 2025, at Ganara Art, 8th Floor, fX Sudirman (December 2).

Organized by Radya Labs in collaboration with the Ministry of Communication and Digital

(Komdigi) and Ruang Cipta, this event aims to strengthen the fundamentals of startup pioneers in Indonesia so they are ready to face industry and funding challenges. The event is also supported by a robust partnership ecosystem, involving Alkademi Foundation, Alkademi, Paragon Corp, and Binus University as community partners.

The Startup Lab is designed as a short-term incubator that combines technical insights, business strategy, and the art of communication. The results of this two-day intensive training session will be presented at the Startup Showcase on Thursday, December 4, 2025.

Day One Focus: Intellectual Property Foundations and Technology Roadmap

On the first day (December 1), the opening session was led by Puja Pramudya, CEO of Radya Labs and Alkademi, who presented on the topic "IP-based Digital Startup." In his presentation, Puja emphasized the importance of defining Intellectual Property (IP) as a key asset for digital startups.

"Startups aren't just about burning cash for growth, but also about building strong IP assets. With clear IP, startups can prepare their products to be bankable, or eligible for bank financing, and have a sustainable scaling strategy," Puja said.

Completing the technical material, the second session was moderated by Rudi Hartono, CEO of Radya Digital, on the topic "Technology Roadmap Plan." Rudi dissected common mistakes often made by startup founders in designing their technology architecture, providing guidance for participants on building efficient infrastructure from the start.
