From Bandung to the Boardroom: Radya Labs Brings Enterprise AI Standards to a National Knowledge Management Class

Bandung, Indonesia – Hari Bagus Firdaus, COO of Radya Labs, delivered a presentation titled “AI Technology for Knowledge Management” during an online Knowledge Management (KM) class on June 12. The session was part of an intensive training program organized in collaboration with Knoco Indonesia and attended by Knowledge Management practitioners from various companies and state-owned enterprises (SOEs) across Indonesia.

“The use of AI in Knowledge Management must take into account data sovereignty, data quality, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms to ensure that knowledge assets can be effectively curated and disseminated throughout the organization,” said Hari Bagus.

During the session, participants were introduced to best practices for implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) within organizations. The discussion covered key aspects such as data security governance alignment, risk mitigation, AI ethics, and data quality—factors that significantly influence the effectiveness of an organization’s Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives.

The class also highlighted AI-powered solutions that support Knowledge Management through the use of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), a method that enables Large Language Models (LLMs) to retrieve information from provided data sources and generate responses based on that information.

This technology can simplify access to internal company information and provide accurate answers grounded in relevant organizational knowledge. As a result, organizations can accelerate decision-making processes and ensure the effective dissemination of product and organizational knowledge across the company.
