Systematically, the AI extracts activity summaries, identifies key information such as dates and locations, and analyzes budget details. Based on this data, the AI provides a numerical score and concludes with a decision recommendation (Approve/Reject), along with clear justification.

Operationally, the time to manually review each proposal has been reduced by up to 90%, from 4 hours to just 24 minutes. Response time to applicants has also improved by 95%.
