RADYA Group Launching on Radya Labs’ 11th Anniversary
On the occasion of Radya Labs' 11th anniversary, the CEO of Radya Labs announced that the company, long known as a software firm focused on being a partner in digital transformation, has now officially established a holding company named RADYA (PT Radya Lab Teknologi). The formation of this holding company aims to create an integrated ecosystem of technology and talent to empower Indonesia in the era of digital transformation.
Currently, RADYA consists of three subsidiaries:
- Radya Digital, which provides software services (previously known as Radya Labs).
- Alkademi, a learning center focused on preparing digital talents.
- Tosanarka, a design and innovation lab developing hardware to support the education, healthcare, retail, and transportation sectors.
Official Launch Event
The official launch was attended by:
- Tito Daniswara (Co-Founder of Radya, CEO of Radya and Radya Digital),
- Puja Pramudya (Co-Founder of Radya, Co-Founder of Alkademi), and
- Dyan R. Helmi (Co-Founder & CEO of Alkademi).
The inauguration was held alongside a group iftar (breaking fast) attended by all employees of the Radya Group. This event took place on Saturday, April 16, 2022, one day after Radya Labs' 11th anniversary.
Meaning Behind RADYA's Logo
The RADYA logo, designed in the shape of a butterfly, symbolizes metamorphosis, representing transformation towards a better state. This symbol is also expected to create a butterfly effect, where small positive actions can lead to significant impacts. The butterfly’s shape also forms an infinity symbol, signifying the hope that RADYA will continuously bring positive contributions.
- The choice of blue represents precision and order,
- The choice of green symbolizes peace and harmony.
Radya Digital – A New Brand Identity
Radya Digital is the new name introduced to replace the Radya Labs brand, which had been recognized for the past 11 years as a software development service company. This name change is intended to better position Radya Digital as a company focused on accelerating digital transformation in Indonesia.
The term “Digital” was chosen to clearly define its role as a company that helps clients in software development.
Company Journey
RADYA Group originated from one of its subsidiaries, Radya Labs (now Radya Digital).
- Radya Labs was founded in 2011 in Bandung, initially focusing on mobile application development and pioneering the Windows platform in Indonesia.
- Over 11+ years, the company has developed 200+ software solutions for SMEs, tech startups, and multinational companies.
In 2018, Radya Labs established Alkademi, a technology-focused learning center, addressing Indonesia’s shortage of digital talents. Alkademi has conducted free training programs, educational community events, and intensive bootcamps to prepare individuals for tech careers.
In 2022, RADYA launched Tosanarka, a hardware innovation lab created to fulfill the demand for reliable hardware solutions.
The formation of RADYA Group is expected to not only expand services for clients but also make a significant impact on Indonesia’s technological development.
