Project Description

To support operational excellence within PHE ONWJ body, Administrative Management of Change shall be applied to manage any risk of changes on established business process that have impact to QHSSE, commercial, and implied risk register. The main goal is to ensure all administrative changes follow a standardized process and to provide PHE ONWJ decision makers all information regarding the risks and impact of decision/changes. AMOC is used to systematically evaluate, control, communicate, and document all administrative changes in PHE ONWJ.
